ULTRASOUND WELDERS

Operating in the plastic welding sector since 1989.
We sell ultrasound welding machines, hot plate welders, vibration welders and spin welders. By means of different welding techniques, we are able to face challenges related to the assembly of thermoplastic parts. We also deal with the design and production of sonotrodes. Here, we manage to verify future operations thanks to the use of top level simulation software systems.

Our starting point is a thirty-year experience in the plastic welding industry. We design, produce and test internally, through the help of  top quality materials and parts, cutting-edge CNC machines and 3D CAD systems. We believe in our clients’ central role and needs. For this reason, supporting and assistance stages – both before and after sales – together with the direct contact with the technical department play a key role. This process allows us to design and develop co-created and tailor-made projects. The collaborative structure makes us achieve two essential goals: fast problem-solving and positive feedback of our clients.

A range of pneumatic actuators that are particularly suited for automation systems and the construction of automatic lines. The slide motion is on high-precision prismatic guides. There is also a mechanical stop for cylinder stroke control. Various types of cylinder are available, selected according to the mechanical stroke and power.

The actuators are distinguished according to the power system used, 20 or 36 kHz. The compact dimensions, sliding precision, user ease, and affordable sales price are the main features of these accessories.

The ultrasound welders of the COMPACT-M series are designed and manufactured using state-of-the-art technologies (3D CAD, CNC). These welders are particularly suited for welding small parts and its mechanical design is simple and practical. The ultrasound generators deliver absolute reliability for a consistent weld. The ultrasound welders mod. COMPACT-M are available in two models:

  • bench type

  • column type (possibility of incorporation on automatic lines)

The transducer holder head moves pneumatically on high-precision prismatic guides. The welder is equipped with a mechanical limit switch to control the welding height. The generators used are available with a frequency of between 20 and 36 kHz, with 500 Watt power. These generators are latest generation and totally digital. They are equipped with a backlit display and come enclosed in an elegant metal cabinet. One of the most important features of this welder is the cycle control system managed by a MICROPROCESSOR.

The transducer holder head moves pneumatically on high-precision prismatic guides. The thrust pressure of the cylinder is adjustable. The welder has a mechanical stop to check the welding heights. There is a wheel mechanism to permit the variation in the sonotrode height. The parallel arrangement of the sonotrode in relation to the part to be welded is also extremely  easy and intuitive. The generators are highly advanced and fully digital, contained in an elegant metal cabinet. One of the most important features of this ultrasound welder is their cycle control system that is totally controlled by a MICROPROCESSOR incorporated inside the generator cabinet.

ULTRASOUND GENERATOR
The generator used in this new ultrasound welder range, has highly interesting features such as vibration amplitude regulation, totally automatic sonotrode working frequency search, the overload circuit that blocks the generator functions in the event of any system failure or malfunction.
The microprocessor that controls the welder is equipped with programming keyboard and backlit display. Contained inside the metal cabinet of the generator, it provides simple and immediate connection to the press.

The Ultrasonic welder mod. USP DYNAMIC represents an important evolution in the ultrasound welding of thermoplastic pieces. The mechanical and electrical solutions assure that it operates under the best possible conditions with a full range of regulation options, thereby making it possible to adapt the welder to the widest range of welding situations.

The  transducer holder head movement is due by  BRUSHLEES MOTOR, with very precise and repetitive adjustments, avoiding the typical approximation of pneumatic systems. Possibility to set up different speeds and depth during the welding process, the welding  cycle results to be very fast and absolutely precise.

There is also a wide range of generators to extend the user options: 20 and 36 kHz systems are available with power ratings of between 500 and 3000 Watts. These generators are latest generation and totally digital. They are equipped with a backlit display and come enclosed in an elegant metal cabinet. One of the most important features of this welding machine, is certainly the cycle control system managed completely by TOUCH SCREEN DISPLAY.

VIBRATION WELDER

The VSP 416 L vibration welder is designed and manufactured using state-of-the-art technologies (3D CAD, CNC).
This technology is used to weld complex shape thermoplastic material pieces, or materials that cannot be welded using other conventional welding technologies (ultrasound – hot blade welding).
The vibration is linear. 

The welder has a highly robust structure. The base and column are painted steel. The motor that drives the central shaft is the brushless type. Movement of the transducer holder head is pneumatic, controlled by a proportional valve and takes place on high precision prismatic guides with excellent mechanical features.
One of the most important features of this welder is the cycle control system managed entirely by a MICROPROCESSOR.

FRICTION SPIN WELDER

The SWP 06 spin welder was designed and manufactured using state-of-the-art technologies (3D CAD, CNC). With this technology, most thermoplastic materials having a round shape can be welded.
For spin welding technology, the heat needed to melt the parts is produced by a rotating motion combined with thrust pressure. One of the parts to be welded is held by a fixture, while the other one is set in motion by a rotating spindle. The assembly process is easy and based on easily understood, well-known principles of physics. Welding joints are simple and permit a high degree of design freedom. The tools that hold the pieces to be welded are also simple and can be made by the client. The mechanical and electric solutions available create optimal working conditions with ample adjustment possibilities, making the welder ideal for most welding applications.
